Refund Policy

Dual Lens Films Refund Policy

At Dual Lens Films, we are committed to delivering high-quality videography services and providing an exceptional experience to our clients. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we have created the following refund policy to clarify our process:

1. Booking and Deposit:

  • To confirm your booking with Dual Lens Films, you must book your shoot with at least 3 days in advance.

2. Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us in writing within 24 hours, or you will not be applicable for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund of the deposit.

  • In the event of a rescheduled date, costs may be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.

3. Final Deliverables:

  • Once your final video deliverables are completed and delivered, Dual Lens Films does not offer refunds for completed work, as we strive to ensure the best possible service and outcome for every client.

  • If you feel that the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 of delivery. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions to address any concerns.

4. Equipment Failure or Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the rare case that equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency) prevent us from capturing your event, Dual Lens Films will provide a full refund of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • We will also make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event for a future date if possible.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests should be submitted via email to m1shinney@bridgew.edu with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  • Upon receipt of your request, we will review the situation and respond within [5 business days.

6. Custom and Special Projects:

  • For custom or special projects that require specific editing or post-production work, refunds will not be issued once the production process has begun. However, we will ensure that the final product meets your expectations through open communication and collaboration.

7. Disputes and Issues:

  • If you have concerns regarding our services, please address them directly with us. We value customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any disputes or issues amicably.

Please note: By booking services with Dual Lens Films, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. We encourage all clients to read and fully understand these terms before proceeding with booking.
